Description

As a Researcher, I want to create new codes so that I can build my coding scheme.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] #1 I can enter a code name
• [ ] #2 I can select a color for the code
• [ ] #3 I can add a description/memo
• [ ] #4 The new code appears in my code list
• [ ] #5 Duplicate names are prevented
