Description

As a Researcher, I want to add memos to segments so that I can capture analytical notes.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] #1 I can add a memo to any coded segment
• [ ] #2 Memo is visible when viewing segment
• [ ] #3 I can edit and delete memos
• [ ] #4 Memos are included in exports
