038.01 Backups

Description

As a Researcher, I want to configure automatic backups so that my work is protected.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] #1 I can enable/disable automatic backup on project open
• [ ] #2 I can set number of backups to retain (1-20)
• [ ] #3 I can choose whether to include AV files in backups
• [ ] #4 I can manually create a backup anytime
