Description

As a Researcher, I want to configure timestamp format so that AV coding matches my preference.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] #1 I can choose timestamp format (mm:ss, hh:mm:ss, etc.)
• [ ] #2 Format applies to all AV coding displays
