039.01 Export REFI-QDA

As a Researcher, I want to export my project in REFI-QDA format so that I can share with other QDA tools.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] #1 I can export project as REFI-QDA XML
• [ ] #2 Export includes codes, categories, and codings
• [ ] #3 Export validates against REFI-QDA schema
