Description

As a Researcher, I want to import references in RIS format so that I can manage my bibliography.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] #1 I can select RIS file
• [ ] #2 References are parsed and stored
• [ ] #3 Metadata (author, title, year) is extracted
